How pleased I am with my furniture. This was ready at the specified time, and I appreciated the phone call from the delivery guys who arrived right on time. They were very friendly, helpful and careful as they both carried the pieces to avoid damage to the furniture and doorways etc. All items were individually fully packed/protected, and every piece is in perfect condition. They also took away the packaging for re-use! It was good to see no chips to shelves etc. which is all too common on laminated materials. Overall, an example of how product and customer service can and should be.

Easy efficient ordering with prompt delivery: The lady with whom I spoke when ordering my office bookcase was very helpful and patient as I was concerned about the colour/finish as I was trying to match it to some existing office furniture. After ordering over the telephone the email confirmations came through promptly and some 10 days later the manufacturer called to arrange a convenient delivery time. The icing on the cake was that the delivery driver arrived at the specified time (practically unheard of these days), carried the package indoors, offered to put the bookcase together (which I gratefully accepted!) and then took away all the packaging. I will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is a beautifully designed and built cabinet. Everything is finished to a high standard and the service was excellent, with options being given on delivery, plus the driver insisted on positioning the cabinet in its location and removing all the packaging.
